This is another in my series of “Tributes to Vince Guaraldi”. This is something I’ve done over the last few years for those who are new to my work. Vince Guaraldi was the wonderful composer (Jazz), who is best known for the great music scores from “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and other Peanuts cartoons. I love his music and this started because every time I would paint children ice skating or playing in the snow, I would hear the famous song, “Christmastime Is Here”, from “A Charlie Brown Christmas”. That’s what these paintings represent to me–being a kid and the magic of snow and sledding and ice skating, which I still love as an adult!
